Job DescriptionPrimary Job Title: Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative - 1st Shift Alternate/Related Job Titles: • Certified Phlebotomy Technician, • Medical Laboratory Assistant, • Clinical Specimen Technician, • Position Type: Contract, • Contract Duration: Approximately 2.5 months, • Start: As Soon As Possible, • Pay Rate: $25/hr, • Perform daily specimen collection and processing accurately and on time., • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment., • Follow all clinical and forensic specimen collection protocols., • Verify patient identification and ensure proper labeling and documentation., • Maintain required records and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy., • Communicate clearly with patients to ensure understanding and comfort., • Exhibit organizational commitment and a positive image toward patients and colleagues.Required Experience:, • Minimum three (3) years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections., • Experience in a Patient Service Center or clinical setting., • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision., • Strong customer service skills and patient interaction experience.Nice-to-Have Experience:, • Two or more years in a Patient Service Center environment., • Data entry or experience using laboratory information systems., • Customer service in healthcare, retail, or related service industries.Required Skills:, • Advanced phlebotomy skills with pediatric and geriatric patients., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.Preferred Skills:, • Time management and organizational efficiency., • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for multi-site coverage., • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays if required.Additional Skills:, • Leadership and process improvement mindset., • Compliance with company dress code and safety policies., • Ability to adapt to change while maintaining superior customer focus.Benefits:, • Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans #gttqst #gttjobsCompany DescriptionGlobal Technical Talent is a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation () with over 1.3 billion US$ in revenue and 5800 US employees.
