    We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Accountant to join our team. You will be responsible for managing complex tax compliance, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Your expertise will support our organization’s financial health and strategic growth by providing comprehensive tax planning, analysis, and reporting. Responsabilities: • Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065)., • Accounting for RSUs, ESPP, or equity compensation on individual tax returns, • Ability to handle forms 2555, 1116, 3520, 114, 8938, 8949, • Experience with cryptocurrency reporting & Recognition, • Assist with tax planning and compliance for clients across various industries., • Research tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for clients., • Support senior tax professionals in handling IRS and state tax notices., • Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Skills: • Extensive experience in tax accounting, including tax experience with corporate entities and non-profit organizations, • Strong knowledge of accounting principles such as GAAP, double entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, and financial statement preparation, • Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or equivalent tools for bookkeeping and financial analysis, • Familiarity with estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law to support comprehensive client or organizational needs, • Understanding of securities law, private equity, asset management, and regulatory reporting requirements, • Excellent analysis skills for account reconciliation, financial report writing, interpretation of financial statements, and financial analysis, • Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation efficiently, • Knowledge of payroll processing, budgeting techniques, and non-profit accounting practices is a plus, • Strong technical accounting skills including asset management and financial planning expertise, • Effective communication skills for detailed report writing and analysis presentation, • Communicate with clients to gather necessary tax-related information. Experience: Tax accounting: 3 + years License/Certification: CPA (Required) or Enrolled Agent (Required)
