Job DescriptionDescription: Hybrid 4 in either Pittsburgh, PA, New York, NY or Lake Mary, FL Our client is a global investments company that manages and services financial assets throughout the investment lifecycle. The team emphasizes regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational excellence in technology delivery. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $85.00 to $95.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities: • Own the end-to-end project plan to deliver a secure, compliant Azure environment and integrated services, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and milestones., • Lead program ceremonies and governance including status reporting, RAID, change control, and steering forums with disciplined execution and clear accountability., • Coordinate technical workstreams across cloud engineering, identity and access, data, networking, database, ISD, and platform operations, and ensure aligned delivery plans., • Drive readiness for operationalization including runbooks, support models, SLAs and OLAs, monitoring and alerting, incident response, and knowledge transfer., • Manage third-party and vendor engagements and deliverables where applicable., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize remediation, improve control coverage, and drive operational resilience., • Ensure project deliverables meet stringent security and compliance requirements consistent with organizational policies and control frameworks., • Coordinate with Information Security, Risk, and Compliance on identity management, strong authentication, privileged access, logging and auditing, and privacy impact considerations., • Facilitate reviews, evidence collection, and control attestations for readiness assessments; track control gaps, remediation plans, and control-aligned testing., • Establish oversight and documentation for external services supporting the environment and define ongoing monitoring and reporting expectations., • Provide transparent, data-driven status, escalations, and executive-ready communications; proactively manage cross-team dependencies and critical path items., • 8+ years of project or program management in large-scale technology delivery with at least 3+ years focused on cloud and enterprise system integration, Azure preferred., • Proven success delivering secure, compliance-heavy environments with robust identity and access, logging and auditing, and operational control requirements., • Strong command of project governance including RAID management, executive reporting, financials, change control, and vendor management., • Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams and aligning delivery across multiple platforms and tools., • Familiarity with Azure services and concepts such as Entra ID, managed identities, Azure SQL or MI, storage, networking, policies, and RBAC from a program management perspective., • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-facing presentation skills., • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes., • Experience operationalizing cloud environments in regulated contexts such as finance, public sector, or healthcare with rigorous control expectations (preferred)., • Bachelor’s degree., • PMP or PRINCE2 certification., • Agile or SAFe certification.
