Job DescriptionLogan Property Management is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a Class A, luxury conventional multifamily portfolio across California, Arizona, and Nevada. This role is responsible for the operational, financial, and team performance of approximately 1,500+ units across multiple markets, ensuring each community operates at the highest standard consistent with luxury asset expectations and ownership objectives.The Regional Manager provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and performance management to onsite teams while partnering closely with the corporate office in San Diego. This individual will drive leasing performance, financial results, operational consistency, and resident experience across the portfolio.This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong operational expertise, financial acumen, team leadership, and experience managing luxury conventional assets in multi-state environments.Responsibilities: • Operational Leadership, • Oversee daily operations across assigned portfolio, ensuring alignment with company standards and ownership expectations, • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to Community Managers and onsite teams, • Ensure consistent execution of leasing, maintenance, resident experience, and operational standards, • Conduct regular property visits and inspections to evaluate physical condition, curb appeal, and operational performance, • Partner with corporate leadership to implement operational strategies and company initiatives, • Lead and oversee capital improvement and renovation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with ownership value-add objectives., • Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, expense control, and NOI optimization, • Review and analyze financial reports, including budgets, variance reports, occupancy trends, and leasing performance, • Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed budgeted occupancy, revenue, and expense targets, • Participate in annual budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning processes, • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and asset performance, • Long-term revenue modeling, • Leasing, Marketing, and Revenue Strategy, • Monitor leasing velocity, occupancy trends, and competitive positioning across markets, • Partner with onsite teams and corporate leadership to implement pricing, marketing, and leasing strategies, • Evaluate market conditions and provide strategic recommendations to maximize revenue performance, • Ensure consistency in luxury leasing standards, presentation, and customer experience, • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Community Managers and onsite leadership teams, • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and accountability, • Lead organizational change initiatives, drive cultural alignment, and implement scalable operational infrastructure across markets., • Support succession planning and leadership development across the portfolio, • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Fair Housing and landlord-tenant regulations, • Ensure compliance with state-specific requirements in California, Arizona, and Nevada, • Serve as primary point of contact for ownership and asset management, including financial reporting, strategy presentations, and performance reviews, • Serve as a key liaison between onsite teams and corporate leadership, • Provide regular reporting, operational updates, and strategic recommendations, • Support acquisitions, transitions, and operational improvements as needed, • This position reports to Logan Property Management’s corporate office in San Diego, California, with regular travel required across assigned markets. This position requires approximately 50% travel across California, Arizona, and Nevada to support assigned communities. Travel may include overnight stays and regular onsite presence at propertiesQualifications:, • Required:, • Minimum 5+ years of Regional Manager experience overseeing luxury conventional multifamily communities, • Experience managing at least 1,500+ units across multiple properties, • Experience managing portfolios across California, Arizona, and Nevada required, • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, variance analysis, and revenue management, • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, • Strong operational, leasing, and asset management expertise, • Ability to travel regularly across assigned states, • Arizona Real Estate Broker License (highly preferred), • Ability to serve as Broker of Record, • Oversight of compliance from a brokerage perspective, • Supervision of licensed activity, • Experience with Class A / luxury multifamily assets, • Experience supporting multi-state portfolios, • Experience with Entrata, RealPage, or similar property management systemPreferred Systems and Platform Experience:, • Experience with the following platforms is highly preferred, as it will allow for a faster onboarding and seamless integration into Logan Property Management’s operating environment. Equivalent experience with comparable systems is fully transferable and welcomed:, • Entrata Property Management Platform, including financial reporting, leasing workflows, and operational dashboards, • Entrata Revenue Intelligence (RI) or comparable revenue management systems (such as LRO, YieldStar, Rainmaker, or YieldStar Voyager integration), • Vizibly or similar budgeting system, • Experience utilizing revenue management tools to drive occupancy, pricing strategy, and NOI performance, • Strong familiarity with operational reporting, KPI tracking, and portfolio performance analytics
