Our mission is to reduce radon-related lung cancer through effective education, testing, mitigation, and ongoing customer support. We’re expanding our sales team and seeking a driven, personable Radon Sales Specialist who can connect with homeowners, real estate professionals, and community partners to promote radon awareness and mitigation solutions. What You'll Do (Our Core Values in Action): • Protection: Provide homeowners with accurate quotes for mitigation systems, recommend solutions that meet safety and quality standards, and help ensure installations protect families., • Education: Aggressively promote radon awareness—explain risks, testing options, and mitigation benefits through clear, compassionate conversations and community outreach., • Accountability: Own your sales pipeline, follow through on commitments, and maintain accurate records in the CRM to support great customer experiences., • Community: Build trust with homeowners, real estate agents, and neighborhood groups as a reliable advocate for health and safety., • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new residential leads through outbound calls, door-to-door canvassing, community events, open houses, and referral networking., • Consultative Sales: Conduct on-site assessments, explain radon test results, and recommend tailored mitigation systems and monitoring options., • Quoting & Closing: Prepare clear, accurate proposals and contracts; negotiate and close sales while maintaining professional transparency., • Client Relationship Management: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, coordinate with technicians for scheduling, and secure referrals and repeat business., • Territory Management: Maintain an organized pipeline, prioritize leads, and manage time effectively to meet or exceed territory goals., • Brand Representation: Represent Radon Eraser professionally in person and on the phone; uphold company standards in appearance and communication., • Personable & Persuasive: Skilled at engaging homeowners and professionals, explaining technical information in plain language, and building trust quickly., • Self-Led & Driven: Comfortable working independently in the field with a focus on meeting measurable sales goals., • Technically Comfortable: Able to perform basic site evaluations, understand system components, and coordinate with installation teams., • Mission-Focused: Passionate about improving community health through radon awareness and mitigation., • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required., • 1–3+ years of sales experience, preferably in home services, environmental health, or route-based industries., • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and manage a pipeline., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills., • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean driving record., • Comfortable with field work, door-to-door canvassing, and event-based outreach., • Background in pest control, HVAC, or other home services sales., • Experience working with homeowners, real estate agents, or community organizations., • A Life-Saving Mission: Your work directly reduces radon-related health risks in local communities., • Active Marketing & Engagement: Participate in events, neighborhood canvassing, office visits, and other outreach to grow awareness and leads., • Competitive base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities., • Paid training and continuing education to develop technical and sales skills., • Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance., • Simple IRA retirement plan and other benefits where applicable., • Employee discount and tuition reimbursement opportunities., • Ability to work independently in the field and build rapport with homeowners and community partners., • Willingness to engage in proactive marketing activities, including door-to-door canvassing and event participation., • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license., • Make an Impact: Help protect families and reduce radon-related health risks., • Supportive Team: Work with dedicated colleagues who value integrity, professionalism, and community service.
