Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: PickleRage is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and motivated General Manager to lead our indoor pickleball club chain to new heights. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of club operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving the growth and success of our facility. ACCOUNTABILITIES AND OUTCOMES: To lead club operations and the execution of location's business plan, and to serve as a training resource for future general managers and franchisee's for the growing PickleRage system. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations including staff supervision, facility maintenance, and scheduling of events and activities., • Customer Service: Create a welcoming and customer-focused environment for members and guests.
