Job Description The Brand Activation On-Premise Marketing Team activates Constellation’s brand strategies throughout the on-premise channel with national account, regional and independent retailers. As part of the Constellation Brands Beer Marketing Division, this team works closely with our on-premise sales team, key retail customers, and cross functional teams such as brand marketing, retail connections, field marketing, innovation, legal, finance and insights along with agency partners. Reporting directly to the On-Premise Marketing Manager, this individual will support the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans that drive profitable growth, volume and build brand equity within the on-premise channel for Constellation Brands beer portfolio. Responsibilities • Support in the annual planning process, coordinating with internal Marketing teams, Consumer/Shopper insights, Sales, and agency efforts to deliver planning presentations and tools to the organization and wholesaler network, • Lead routing programs through Brand Marketing, Brand Activation, and Legal teams, ensuring alignment with trade practice guidelines, brand strategies & priorities, budgets, and resources., • Manage multiple projects simultaneously by effectively prioritizing tasks and deadlines, while maintaining clear communication and collaborations with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery., • Support the development of creative briefs, review creative concepts and assets, and provide feedback to ensure all deliverables align with the brief and overall project objectives, • Assist in the execution of experiential marketing programs by supporting local market needs, coordinating production logistics, and ensuring seamless on-the-ground activation, • Act as a liaison across internal teams to gather and share the latest sponsorship and partnership updates, ensuring on-premise programming is informed, aligned and strategically executed, • Work with agency partners to execute programming, managing the coordination and review/approval of respective programming deliverables, • Lead the execution and production of On-Premise marketing tools, ensuring thorough proofing for brand consistency and effectiveness engaging consumers in on-premise environments, • Represent and prioritize on-premise needs during the development of broader marketing programs, while regularly collaborating with the Sales team to gather insight help improve and tailor on-premise initiatives, • Aid in managing marketing budgets, including work with purchase orders, invoice receipts, budget tracking and monthly forecasts, accruals, etc..., • Maintain clear and concise communication with On-Premise Sales, Brand Marketing, Brand Activation Marketing, and other cross-functional teams and wholesalers in areas such as: Marketing Program Calendars, POS, Execution Timelines, Sell Sheets, Budgets, etc…, • Analyze sales impact, execution and ROI of select programs to evaluate the effectiveness, and communicate finding with recommendations to management, • Coordinate Marketing and Sales teams on the posting and communication of various assets/tools to the organization's intranet and other resource libraries for field access., • Stays curious and informed about the on-premise landscape, tracking competitor activations and identifying channel opportunities., • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as determined by management. Minimum Qualifications • 3-5 years of marketing or agency experience, • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Marketing), • Passion for the beer industry and the on-premise, • Detail oriented, highly organized, with the ability to self-determine how to prioritize projects to meet deadlines., • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, action-oriented team where priorities change and time frames are critical., • Ability to adapt communication style to foster productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders., • Intrinsically motivated self-starter with a sense of urgency, desire to continue learning, and personal project accountability., • Maturity and responsibility to work successfully within the beverage alcohol industry., • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerBI). Preferred Qualifications • On-premise experience a plus, • CPG or Bev. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
