This role requires strong clinical judgment, neonatal expertise, and the ability to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced and emotionally complex setting. Candidates must have an active Massachusetts RN license (conditional license accepted), NRP certification, and experience charting in Epic.Key Responsibilities, • Deliver high-quality nursing care to neonates in Level III/IV NICU settings., • Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in neonatal health status., • Manage ventilated infants, complex neonatal conditions, and advanced therapies., • Perform neonatal resuscitation and stabilization consistent with NRP guidelines., • Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and specialized neonatal treatments., • Document all care and assessments accurately in Epic., • Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams., • Support family-centered care, providing education and emotional support to parents and caregivers., • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to protect fragile neonatal populations.Required Experience, • Active MA RN license (conditional license accepted)., • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level III or IV NICU., • Epic experience required., • NRP certification required., • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.Nice-to-Have Experience, • Prior travel nursing experience in neonatal or pediatric acute care., • Experience with neonatal ECMO, HFOV, cooling therapy, or other advanced NICU interventions.Required Skills, • Advanced neonatal critical care skills, • Neonatal resuscitation (NRP), • Skilled in managing Level III/IV NICU patientsPreferred Skills, • Family-centered care communication, • High-risk neonatal assessment, • Complex neonatal medication administrationAdditional Skills, • Epic documentation, • Strong multitasking and time management We are a Native American-owned, economically disadvantaged corporation that highly values diverse and inclusive workplaces.
