Key Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with all clients, including multinational customers and key accounts., • Build and manage a strong network of carriers., • Negotiate fair rates with carriers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery according to customer expectations., • Collaborate with internal departments and external contacts to communicate effectively and meet service goals., • Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective solutions., • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities, keeping customers' needs at the forefront., • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to organize and track client information, correspondence, and relevant data., • Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written., • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment., • Self-motivated with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills., • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to retain and apply new information., • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders., • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel., • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment., • Ability to adapt to change and remain flexible as the company grows and evolves., • Earning Potential:, • Commission/Draw (uncapped) – Earn 50% gross profit based on profit margins.
