Job DescriptionJob Title: Sales AssociateJob Description The Trailer Sales Representative is responsible for managing the complete trailer sales process, from prospecting and quoting to closing and after-sales support. This role includes preparing price quotes, finalizing sales agreements, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with the trailer shop to ensure customer satisfaction. The Trailer Sales Representative also manages trailer inventory, licensing, and tracking, while maintaining a thorough knowledge of trailer models, specifications, and warranties. Responsibilities • Manage the complete trailer sales process, including prospecting, quoting, closing, and after-sales support., • Prepare and present price quotes and finalize sales agreements., • Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction., • Collaborate with the trailer shop to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues., • Manage trailer inventory, licensing, and tracking., • Keep up-to-date knowledge of trailer models, specifications, and warranties.Essential Skills, • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience; experience in trailer, truck, or heavy equipment sales is strongly preferred., • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills., • Ability to generate and close sales consistently while maintaining customer trust., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and CRM software., • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred., • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Knowledge of trailer specifications, warranties, and financing options preferred., • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
