RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth., • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers., • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues., • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.QUALIFICATIONS:, • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred., • Leadership and interpersonal skills., • Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Noah Pierce grew up in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, and attended Evangel University before moving to Texas with his wife, Becca. He began his insurance career as a licensed team member in his cousins State Farm agency, where he discovered a passion for serving clients, building trust, and developing strong teams. That experience led him to open his own agency in 2020. Since then, the agency has grown steadily to a team of approximately 15 professionals across sales, service, leadership, and operations.
