Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals, • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team, • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements, • Build strong relationships with key clients and partners, • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales initiatives, • Forecast sales trends and prepare accurate reports, • Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation Qualifications: • Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, or General Manager in a franchised dealership, • Strong leadership presence and the ability to set a vision the team can rally around, • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions, • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales forecasting tools, • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred), • High integrity and a reputation for treating customers and employees right, • Professional appearance and dependable work ethic, • Please upload your resume.
