Key Responsibilities Installation, Maintenance & Repair • Installs, inspects, tests, operates, and repairs all HVAC and ancillary system equipment., • Checks, services, cleans, and replaces filters and belts on all HVAC units; documents maintenance and service history., • Replaces and aligns HVAC system motors, pumps, and bearings., • Cleans, maintains, and replaces heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust grills and ductwork., • Rebuilds pumps; replaces valves, actuators, contactors, relays, dampers, transformers, motors, and pulleys., • Performs steam trap troubleshooting and replacement.
