Overview Be the welcoming face of Pittsburgh’s first Contrast Therapy and Breathwork studio, guiding members through transformative wellness experiences while keeping our operations flowing MindFuel Method blends ancient practices with modern self-care. Locally owned and operated, we opened our flagship studio in March 2025 with a bold vision: to transform wellness into a social, sensory, and deeply personal experience. Our studio features Pittsburgh’s largest traditional Finnish sauna, state-of-the-art cold plunge tubs, a tea lounge, locker rooms, showers, plus an entire studio for breathwork, mobility, workshops and events. Every detail is designed to help our members reset, connect, and grow — together. As a Community Specialist, you’re the heartbeat of the space — the first face guests see and the energy they remember. What You’ll Do • Welcome every guest with warmth, presence, and professionalism — setting the tone for their experience from the moment they walk through the door., • Manage bookings, memberships, and transactions using our client management software (training provided)., • Respond quickly and thoughtfully to inquiries via phone, email, and text, maintaining clear and kind communication at all times., • Maintain a clean, organized, and calming environment, resetting the studio between sessions and handling opening/closing duties with care., • Support class transitions by assisting Guides, helping guests move smoothly between sauna and cold plunge, and ensuring safety protocols are upheld., • Build genuine relationships with members by learning names, remembering details, and showing up consistently with empathy and enthusiasm., • Confidently guide guests through membership and retail options, helping them find what best supports their wellness journey., • Notice and respond to studio needs proactively, staying one step ahead to keep things flowing behind the scenes., • Collaborate with your team to ensure every guest feels supported — jumping in wherever needed with a can-do mindset., • Provide feedback to leadership about guest needs, studio improvements, or operational updates — your insight helps us grow.Physical Requirements, • Able to stand, walk, and move around the studio for up to 8 hours., • Comfortable lifting, carrying, or moving items up to 25 lbs (e.g., laundry baskets, yoga mats, supply boxes)., • Capable of bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and reaching overhead as part of regular cleaning and reset duties., • Must be able to work in a studio with large temperature variations, including high heat (sauna) and cold wet environments (plunge)., • Aligned with MindFuel’s values: Growth, Vitality, and Community., • Genuinely people-focused, showing empathy, kindness, and patience in every interaction., • Self-motivated and growth-oriented, with a personal commitment to ongoing learning and development., • Outgoing, friendly, and emotionally intelligent — with a natural ability to connect with others., • Reliable and punctual, with strong organizational skills and a team-first mentality., • Thrives in a fast-paced environment: communicates clearly, multitasks with ease, and adapts quickly., • Comfortable using technology; experience with Mariana Tek or similar client software is a plus., • Previous customer service or front desk experience required; fitness, wellness, or sales background strongly preferred.Schedule Expectations & Seeking, • Available to work 2–3 shifts per week, with flexibility to pick-up additional shift opportunities to support the team and community., • Weekday evenings 5pm-10pm, • Weekday mornings as early as 5:30am to as late as 11:15am, • Weekend availability, • Midday Weekday availability Benefits, • Starting at $13/hour with opportunities for growth based on performance and responsibilities., • Complimentary unlimited standby membership (valued at $299/month) — enjoy full access to sauna, cold plunge, and breathwork sessions when space is available, • Growth opportunities, including direct collaboration with MindFuel’s Founders, • Flexible Schedule, • Fun, inclusive team events that foster connection, celebration, and community Apply today and help us grow Pittsburgh’s most vibrant wellness community.
