Duration: 04 Months Contract Job Description: • The Services Planner plays a critical role in coordinating and scheduling Field Service Technicians to ensure that service delivery across assigned districts meets or exceeds customer expectations., • Schedule and assign Field Service Technicians to service districts ensuring that service goals and objectives are met on time and within budget., • Plan, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of service contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and customer requirements., • Validate work orders and service requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness before dispatching technicians., • Monitor service progress and closure to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards., • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and project management, to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution., • Manage third-party contractors and authorized service partners, coordinating schedules and work assignments., • Forecast manpower and resource needs to optimize workforce allocation and project planning., • Efficiently manage the execution of service contracts, ensuring compliance with contract start and end dates., • Plan and schedule site resources, including manpower and equipment, to meet forecasted demands., • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align scheduling with project timelines and operational priorities., • Track and report on service delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement., • Adapt scheduling and planning to respond to unforeseen changes such as technician availability, emergency service requests, and equipment failures., • Experience working with third-party contractors and authorized service partners., • Familiarity with field service management (FSM) systems., • Proven experience in scheduling, planning, and resource management, preferably within field service or technical service environments., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners., • Proficiency with scheduling and resource planning software/tools., • Ability to work flexible hours to support multiple U.S. time zones.
