Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients in-office, via inbound calls and various lead sources Sell personal auto insurance policies and explain coverage options clearly Develop new business: cold calling, referrals, social media outreach, networking Guide clients through the full insurance purchasing process Use AMS360 for data entry, policy updates, and document management Follow up with leads to close sales Maintain excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Provide safety services to the customers (dmv, plates etc.) Follow company policies and state insurance regulations Requirements: Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience (Personal Lines preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Comfortable with outbound calling and inbound lead handling Bilingual as a plus (Russian or Spanish speaker preferrably) Experience with AMS360 or readiness to learn quickly Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Why Join Royal Service Pro?
