Job Description The Recruiter will manage full-cycle, high-volume hiring for security officers and support staff. This role requires exceptional sourcing, screening, and candidate management abilities, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to recruit at scale. Experience in security recruiting is preferred, but experience in retail, hospitality, call centers, warehousing, or other industries with high turnover is also highly valuable and considered comparable. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment cycle for a high volume of security officer positions and related roles., • Source candidates through job boards, hiring events, social media, and community partnerships., • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet company and licensing requirements., • Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and licensing processes., • Work closely with operations and scheduling teams to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities., • Maintain candidate pipeline and track progress in the ATS/CRM system., • Conduct hiring events and participate in job fairs to boost applicant flow., • Ensure compliance with company policies, EEO, and local/state hiring regulations. Qualifications • 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in security, retail, hospitality, call centers, warehousing, or other similar fast-paced hiring environments., • Experience hiring hourly or frontline roles with rapid, continuous turnover., • Strong interviewing, screening, and assessment skills., • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously., • Excellent communication and time-management skills., • Experience using ATS systems; familiarity with onboarding platforms is a plus., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities., • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Preferred Qualifications • Direct experience recruiting in the private security industry., • Knowledge of state licensing requirements for security officers., • Experience coordinating background checks, fingerprinting, and onboarding compliance.
