About Superior Hospice: Superior Hospice is the newest member of the Home Health Care, Inc. family, which has proudly served Minnesota for over 30 years. Since launching in 2023, our CHAP-accredited team has delivered compassionate, dignified in-home hospice care across the Twin Cities, tailoring support to each patient’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. We offer a full spectrum of hospice services—including routine care, respite, continuous, and inpatient support—alongside bereavement, integrative therapies, and 24/7 emotional support . Position Summary: We are seeking a Hospice Visit Nurse (RN) who thrives in the field, values patient relationships, and is excited to grow with a mission-driven organization. This role will begin as part-time, ideal for a nurse seeking flexibility, and transition to full-time as we onboard additional clients. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something new, meaningful, and built to last.
