Position Overview: Taymar Sales U.’s Manager of Ticket Sales & Operations, University of Texas, El Paso (UTEP) Athletics, position will bring a revenue focus to ticket operations, while overseeing all ticket operations needs for all UTEP ticketed sports. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, oversight of all ticket sales, outbound phone calls to generate new season ticket and group sales, retention of current season ticket holders through elite customer service, daily and weekly reporting, ticket system management and builds, and other duties as determined by senior management and the Athletics Department. Responsibilities: • Day to day oversight of ticket sales and operations strategy and execution for all ticketed athletic events., • Manage day-to-day of all ticket operation tasks and box office functions., • Exceed all Ticket Sales revenue goals determined by senior management., • Communicate with UTEP fan base through outbound calls, emails and face to face meetings, • Initiate and execute ticket sales results for Group Sales, New Season Ticket Sales and Renewal campaigns., • Oversee all gameday staff while being responsible for all system builds and inventory management., • Generate reports and track overall ticketing revenue pace towards goals., • Work as a self starter to innovate new initiatives to drive revenue for the athletics department., • Represent athletics program and University with the highest integrity., • Build superior relationships with all fans, donors and athletic department constituents., • Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment to produce accurate results., • Maintain a positive working relationship with all internal & external units of the department and University to ensure a positive event experience for customers.Qualifications:, • 3+ Years experience in a Sports Ticket Sales/Operations role, • Proven track record and success in group ticket sales, • Thorough knowledge of ticket sales processes and procedures., • Experience in TicketMaster is preferred., • Experience in intercollegiate athletics or professional ticket sales with successful results., • Bachelor’s Degree with a degree in Sports Management or a related field., • Effective communication (oral, written and interpersonal) skills., • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills., • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently., • Ability to work various hours including nights and weekends. hX7kXUYcH0

Our team partners with physicians, healthcare groups, and institutional owners to create spaces that serve both people and purpose. Now, we’re expanding in El Paso — and we’re looking for a dynamic Property Manager to join our growing team and help us manage a new portfolio of medical office buildings (MOBs). The Role As our Property Manager, you’ll be an essential part of the GRAYCE management team, working alongside our Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of newly acquired medical office buildings. You’ll be the boots on the ground ensuring our properties are well maintained, tenants are supported, and operations run smoothly. If you love juggling multiple priorities, building tenant relationships, and finding creative ways to solve problems, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do • Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of medical office buildings, ensuring facilities are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently., • Partner with the Senior Property Manager to implement best practices and ensure a seamless transition of new assets into the GRAYCE portfolio., • Manage tenant relations with healthcare providers, clinics, and administrative offices — being their go-to problem solver and trusted resource., • Utilize Yardi Property Management software for accounting, rent collections, reporting, and lease administration., • Operate and track work orders using each building’s designated work order system (similar to Building Engines) to ensure timely response and completion of maintenance requests., • Coordinate maintenance and vendor services, including janitorial, landscaping, HVAC, and building systems., • Track budgets and expenses and assist with CAM reconciliations, operating expense forecasts, and monthly reporting., • Inspect properties regularly to ensure curb appeal, compliance, and operational excellence., • Support construction & tenant improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and communication between tenants, contractors, and ownership., • Assist with leasing coordination, move-ins/outs, and onboarding new tenants., • Champion the GRAYCE experience by fostering professional relationships and maintaining a culture of respect, collaboration, and accountability. What We’re Looking For • 5 years+ of commercial property management experience (healthcare or MOB experience preferred, but not required)., • Strong organizational and communication skills. You thrive on follow-up and attention to detail., • A self-starter who enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team., • Proficiency in Yardi Property Management and Accounting systems., • Experience using work order management platforms (e.g., Building Engines, Angus, or similar)., • Working knowledge of building systems, vendor contracts, and basic accounting principles., • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other management tools., • Texas Real Estate License a plus (or willingness to obtain).
