ROLE OVERVIEW: BeCore is looking to add an Account Director, Client Services to the team! In this role, you’ll help lead programs for one of the world’s most influential footwear and apparel brands. You’ll work closely with client partners to develop campaigns that reach athletes and consumers guiding teams from planning to on-the-ground delivery/execution. We’re looking for someone who brings steady & strategic leadership, a love for sport, and seasoned agency experience to balance creativity with operational discipline. The right person will build trusted relationships, support team growth, and help shape work that connects sport, culture, and community. While the ideal candidate is based in the LA or Portland area. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Lead the strategic planning and execution of efforts in multiple categories for one of the Agency’s largest clients, • Guide and oversee creative, strategy, client services, and production teams in delivering impactful client work., • Identify KPIs and metrics for program success, ensuring business impact is measurable., • Develop compelling narratives and tactical solutions to influence decisions and drive results., • Serve as a trusted partner to clients, providing director-level consulting and support., • Drive quarterly and annual strategic plans, recaps, and metrics reviews with clients., • Manage budgets, contracts, scopes of work, and ensure profitability across projects & accounts., • Manage top-level communication with clients regarding contracting, budgets, payment schedules, scope changes, timelines, etc., • Manage the professional development of FTE team members on the account and facilitate the growth of our people and client services discipline., • Field inbound requests from the client for new project requests and encourage growth of accounts through organic opportunities and strategic initiatives., • Support in drafting RFP responses, budget estimates, and program documentation., • Be forward-thinking, anticipate the needs of our clients and identify ways to optimize efficiency., • You'll be joining a trailblazing Brand Experience agency known for doing whatever it takes to help our people and clients succeed., • You’ll utilize your strategic mindset, creativity and expertise within experiential marketing to lead and develop solutions for one of the biggest footwear and apparel brands in the world., • You’ll be responsible for strategizing, developing, planning, producing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns designed for global scale and consumer engagement., • You’ll get to think big picture strategy while connecting teams cross-functionally to achieve innovative, trend-setting work in experiential marketing., • You’ve become a trusted advisor to client executives., • You’ve successfully devised and executed large-scale strategic plans resulting in optimized growth., • You’ve developed relationships across all levels of client organizations., • You’ve secured organic growth opportunities and grown revenue/profitability., • You’ve effectively led cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations., • You’ve developed and grown your Client Services team., • You’ve proven that you have a deep understanding of our client’s brand, industry, and our opportunities to be successful Requirements: WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience., • 7–10 years of leadership in experiential marketing, brand management, Sports Team expertise. Agency experience preferred., • 3+ years of direct people management, including manager-level reports., • Strong strategic and creative problem-solving skills., • Experience across various sport categories. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
