Implementation Project Manager Location: Lenexa, KS (Hybrid) Company: Soleran, Inc. About Soleran Soleran is a leading SaaS software company with over 20 years of experience helping regulated organizations improve safety, compliance, and operational performance. Our technology is used in hundreds of hospitals and facilities across the country to manage critical compliance, safety, and operational programs. We are now launching Oro, our next-generation no-code platform designed to help organizations rapidly build powerful operational applications without writing code. Oro enables customers to create custom apps, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automations tailored to their unique operational needs. As Soleran continues to expand into new markets and industries, we are growing our implementation team to ensure our customers successfully deploy and adopt our solutions. Position Overview The Implementation Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering successful implementations of Soleran solutions and the new Oro platform. This role combines project management, client consulting, and solution configuration. You will work directly with customers to understand their operational workflows, translate requirements into system configurations, and guide projects through the full implementation lifecycle—from kickoff through go-live. The ideal candidate is an experienced SaaS implementation professional who is highly organized, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple implementations while delivering exceptional client experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the early implementations of Oro, Soleran’s next-generation platform, and contribute to the processes and best practices that will scale as the platform grows. Key Responsibilities Client Implementation Leadership Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. Lead implementation projects including: • Project kickoff and planning, • Requirements gathering and solution design, • System configuration and validation, • User acceptance testing, • Client training and onboarding, • Go-live coordination and support Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and implementation plans to ensure successful delivery. Facilitate client workshops and working sessions to understand operational workflows and translate them into software solutions. Communicate regularly with client stakeholders and internal teams to maintain alignment and project momentum. Solution Configuration & System Validation Work with clients to configure applications and workflows that align with their operational processes. Assist with configuration of: • Forms and workflows, • Operational applications, • Reports and dashboards Support clients with data preparation, standardization, and import processes. Identify opportunities to improve configuration efficiency and usability. Project & Implementation Process Improvement Help document and refine Soleran’s implementation methodologies and best practices. Contribute ideas for improving implementation workflows, documentation, and onboarding processes. Provide feedback to product and development teams based on real-world customer experiences. Help evolve the implementation approach as Oro expands into new industries and use cases. Required Qualifications • 3–7+ years of experience in:, • SaaS implementation, • Software project management, • Client-facing technology consulting, • Experience managing multiple concurrent implementation projects, • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, • Ability to understand business operations and translate them into software workflows, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Experience working directly with client stakeholders and guiding them through technology adoption, • Ability to quickly learn new platforms and technologies Preferred Qualifications Experience with: • CMMS, EAM, ERP, CRM, or workflow automation platforms, • Healthcare operations or other regulated industries, • Data imports and system configuration, • Implementation consulting or SaaS onboarding teams Key Traits for Success • Highly organized and detail-oriented, • Strong communicator who enjoys working directly with clients, • Comfortable balancing multiple projects and priorities, • Curious and eager to learn new technology, • Able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams, • Interested in improving processes and building scalable implementation practices Why Soleran?
