This role is measured by the ability to drive revenue growth, enforce cost discipline, elevate operational standards, and build high-performing management teams that consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences. Serving as a senior operational authority for the region, the Regional Manager ensures that each property operates with rigor, urgency, and full alignment to brand standards and company objectives. This leader acts as the critical link between restaurant operations and corporate leadership, translating strategy into disciplined, field-level execution. Performance ownership is defined across four non-negotiable pillars: • Revenue Growth & Sales Optimization, • Cost Control & Profitability Protection, • Guest Experience & Operational Standards, • Culture, Talent, and Leadership Accountability The Regional Manager is expected to proactively identify performance gaps, operational risks, and leadership deficiencies, and to implement corrective actions with speed and precision. This role is not observational — it is decisional, directive, and results-driven. A core expectation of the position is the development, coaching, and performance management of General Managers and management teams. The Regional Manager must build strong operational leaders, reinforce accountability, and ensure that each restaurant maintains consistent execution, financial discipline, and cultural alignment. Although reporting, analysis, and business reviews require structured administrative time, this is fundamentally a field-intensive leadership role. Most of the time spent in the restaurants — validating standards, observing service, driving operational improvements, and directly influencing performance. This role requires frequent travel across assigned properties and, when necessary, additional markets to stabilize operations, support new openings, or address performance challenges. Flexibility, responsiveness, and a hands-on leadership presence are essential.
