Qualifications * 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction, with a strong emphasis on warehouse, storage, or industrial projects. * Proven ability to manage ground-up construction from site preparation through turnover. * Strong knowledge of structural steel, tilt-up, and concrete construction methods. * Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schedules, and specifications. * OSHA 30 certification preferred. * Proficient in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). * Willingness and ability to travel extensively and remain on-site for the duration of assigned projects. * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
