Job Description The Data Scrubber performs meticulous data entry and research of routine difficulty involving service line information. This temporary position is crucial for maintaining accurate records. Essential Functions: The position duties and responsibilities listed below describe the general nature and scope of work. Other responsibilities, duties, and skills may be required and assigned, as needed. These essential functions require presence in the workplace on a regular basis and regular attendance must be maintained. • Geocortex Utilization: Learning and applying Geocortex to pinpoint relevant "As Built" drawings and retrieve service line information., • As Built Review: Carefully reviewing "As Built" documentation to accurately identify and extract service line details., • INFOR System Navigation:, • Utilizing the INFOR Work Order module to identify service line replacements not recorded in Geocortex or "As Built" drawings., • Accessing the INFOR Asset Management module to gather existing service line data., • (If access is provided) Using INFOR Billing Lookup Account data to confirm active accounts associated with service lines., • Property Research: Conducting online real estate searches to determine service line address build dates when necessary., • Data Tracking & Updates:Accurately tracking and updating service line information within a provided Excel file, including:, • Service line material, • Associated "As Built" documents, • Installation dates, • Potentially, property build dates, • Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; an additional two (2) years of experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement., • Two (2) years of experience involving data entry, administrative support, or similar roles requiring attention to detail., • One (1) year experience with data scrubbing, data quality, or information management preferred., • Must have the ability to learn and use cloud applications such as Google GSuite applications to include but not limited to: Google Chrome Browser, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computer equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer. Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events. Physical and Mental Requirements: • Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
