Your Impact? We are seeking 2 Investment Analyst Intern for Summer 2026. Our interns will assist the INPRS’ Investment Team managing a multi-billion dollar investment portfolio. You will have the potential to be involved in all aspects of investment management including asset allocation, risk management, evaluation of strategies, investment manager due diligence and selection, and portfolio monitoring, depending on the specific projects available during the internship. You will interact with a wide variety of institutional-quality external investment managers in asset classes such as public/private equity, fixed income, commodity, real estate, and absolute return. Essential Duties: • Conduct and complete special projects related to the ongoing development of the INPRS investment program., • Provide support in portfolio analysis., • Review portfolio risk / return profile and performance through research and analysis of portfolio strategies, securities holdings, and performance attribution analysis., • Considerable skill in research and analysis of large amounts of information, performing analysis of the information., • Skill in prioritizing assignments to manage workload in a dynamic environment and in completing work with a high degree of detail and accuracy., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate project progress and final results to the investment team., • Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers, agency staff, and external contacts., • Working toward an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college or university., • Knowledge of basic investment concepts., • Knowledge of basic statistical concepts., • Competitive paid internship, • Participation in Governor's Summer Internship Program; meet the Governor of Indiana, agency speakers, and community service opportunities, • INPRS intern engagement activities, • Flexible hours; up to 37.5 hours weekly, • Employer paid parking If you are interested in this position, please submit your application and resume for review.
