Job DescriptionJob Title: Production Lead Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Shift Leader I for our day shift. In this role, you will operate and manage multiple pieces of production line equipment across various areas. You will also be responsible for assembling and disassembling equipment based on shift assignments and arranging labor on food production lines with guidance from supervisors and managers. Responsibilities • Operate multiple pieces of production line equipment in multiple areas., • Assemble and disassemble production line equipment based on shift assignment., • Document downtime, setting changes, and materials used during production runs., • Train, explain, and answer questions regarding production line work for employees., • Communicate effectively with various levels of leadership., • Follow company procedures for safety, quality, and production., • Lead assembly and disassembly of production line equipment.Essential Skills, • 2 years of manufacturing production experience, preferably in the food industry., • Experience working in a fast-paced environment., • Proficiency in operating ovens, conveyors, slicers, and palletizers.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Previous experience in the food industry is preferred., • Experience in production supervision and management.Why Work Here? Work Environment This position is for the day shift, operating from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. You will be working in a fast-paced production environment with state-of-the-art machinery, ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Texas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
