We are seeking an experienced Senior Program & Operational Lead to support our growing USINDOPACOM portfolio. This role is pivotal in program execution, team operations, and resource management across multiple initiatives supporting Indo-Pacific mission priorities. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong program and operations expertise, Costpoint proficiency, and direct professional experience relevant to USINDOPACOM or the Indo-Pacific regional efforts. This role requires a leader capable of driving performance, ensuring compliance, and enabling mission success in a dynamic operational environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Lead daily program operations and long-term planning for Indo-Pacific mission requirements, • Develop, manage, and monitor project plans, schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics, • Coordinate cross-functional activities across mission, operations, finance, and technical teams, • Ensure alignment with USINDOPACOM priorities, timelines, and operational objectives, • Engage with government stakeholders, senior leadership, and mission partners, • Collaborate with the Growth Team to support business development and capture efforts, • Manage program budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting, • Collaborate with corporate support on contract compliance, subcontracts, procurement, and resource allocation, • Oversee all resource and planning activities, • Support estimating, pricing, forecasting, and program financial risk management, • Lead multidisciplinary teams and provide direction, mentoring, and performance management, • Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and workforce alignment to mission requirements, • Serve as key interface for government client communication and escalation management, • Develop and refine SOPs, workflows, and operational mechanisms supporting efficiency and mission delivery, • Assess program health, identify risks/issues, and execute mitigation strategies, • Drive organizational readiness, mission continuity planning, and operational execution Requirements Location: This position is 100% onsite and based at Camp Smith, Aiea, Hawaii. No remote or hybrid options are available. Candidates must be able to work full‑time at Camp Smith and maintain daily presence on base to support mission requirements. Necessary Skills and Experience • Bachelor's degree in business, or related field (Advanced degree preferred), • 8+ years of experience in program or operations leadership experience in DoD or national security customers, • Proven experience supporting Indo-Pacific / USINDOPACOM experience, such as:, • Prior work supporting USINDOPACOM, PACFLT, PACAF, SOCPAC, MARFORPAC, or other Indo-Pacific defense missions, • Regional security or defense experience related to China, Taiwan, Korea, Pacific Island nations, or Southeast Asia, • Proven track record managing complex government programs and cross-functional teams, • Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint (labor accounting, WBS tracking, program financials, invoicing), • Experience with federal contracting, financial reporting, and compliance, • Must have an active U.S. government Top Secret security clearance., • U.S. citizenship is required to obtain security clearance Beneficial Skills and Experience, • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification, • Experience supporting INDOPACOM theater exercises, contingency planning, force posture, or theater engagement programs, • Familiarity with J-codes, GCC operations, and Indo-Pacific command structures, • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, • Medical, dental and vision insurance, • H.S.A.
