We are building a new type of construction services business, one that operates with the precision, repeatability, and datadriven decisionmaking normally found in advanced manufacturing. Our installation operating system (SIOS) is the backbone of this transformation, and this role is central to bringing it to life. Role Overview As the AI & Digital Execution Architect, you will design and build the digital tools, automation, and AI systems that make our project execution measurable, predictable, and coachable, without adding admin burden to field teams. This is a buildfromscratch role focused on creating the technology stack for a company launching with AI and digital tools at its core. You will work closely with a fieldbased Installation Systems & Methods Engineer who develops installation processes; your mission is to turn that expertise into scalable, intelligent digital products. What You Will Build & Own • Execution Intelligence Platform, • Realtime progress tracking using mobile inputs, photos/video, QR/barcode tagging, • Dashboards for site teams, PMs, and executives, • Visual intelligence using 360 cameras and computer vision, • Predictive forecasting based on actual production curves, • Automated daily/weekly reporting, • Realtime earned value metrics (CPI/SPI), • AIAssisted Estimating & Planning Tools, • Parametric estimating models based on system quantities and historical data, • Automated quantity takeoff from 2D/3D models where feasible, • Labor planning, crew loading, and lookahead tools, • Scenario modeling with cost/schedule impacts, • Risk premium calculations tied to known execution challenges, • Digital Method Library & Task Instructions, • Digital task cards with steps, visuals, safety controls, tooling needs, • Quality gates requiring evidence (photo/measurement/signoff), • Version control and document governance, • Exploration of mediumterm AR instruction overlays, • Training Platform & Competency Tracking, • Rolebased learning paths for field staff and supervisors, • Microlearning modules designed for tablets and offline use, • Skills matrix with measurable competency levels, • AI tutoring capability for field Q&A, • Trainthetrainer content and assessment templates, • Field Support & Safety Technology, • Daily plan templates, issue logs, shift handover tools, • AIassisted issue clustering and searchable knowledge base, • Digital permittowork with geofencing and automated tracking, • Wearable/sensor technology evaluation, • Leading indicator tracking (nearmisses, hazards, PTP compliance), • Data Architecture, • Unified model for progress, estimating, methods, training, safety, and quality, • API integrations with client systems (Procore, integrator platforms), • Data security and compliance aligned with client expectations How You Will Work • Report directly to the President/Ops Director, • Partner weekly with the Methods Engineer, • Rapid prototyping and field validation cycles, • Quarterly onsite sessions with active project teams, • Fieldfirst mindset: tools must work in dust, limited connectivity, and realworld conditions Technology Principles • Commercial tools where they fit; custom solutions where they dont, • Cloudnative, mobilefirst interfaces, • Explainable AI that field teams can trust, • Open standards; avoid vendor lockin, • Twotap rule for routine tasks What Were Looking For (Essential) • Proven experience deploying AI/ML tools in field, industrial, or operational environments, • Strong software engineering skills (cloud architecture, APIs, mobile development, data modeling), • Experience with predictive analytics or NLP, • Ability to create intuitive UX for nontechnical users, • Dashboard/reporting system development experience, • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build from zero, • Experience in construction, logistics, manufacturing, or other industrial sectors, • Familiarity with BIM tools (Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD) or construction platforms (Procore), • Knowledge of lean construction/lean manufacturing, • LMS or microlearning platform experience, • Background in highprocedure industries (aviation, automotive, nuclear, healthcare), • Exposure to AR, IoT, or wearable tech Mindset That Thrives Here • Build for users, not for demos, • Comfortable with ambiguity, requirements come from fieldwork, • Ship fast, iterate fast, • Choose practical solutions (AI when needed, rules/templates when better), • Prioritize safety in every tool you build How Success Is Measured • Reporting lag reduced from weekly to sameday, • Improved planvsactual variance and forecast accuracy, • Reduced rework and nonconformance rates, • Improved safety leadingindicator capture, • Base Salary: $90,000$110,000 (based on experience), • Performance Bonus: Up to 10% tied to operational outcomes, • Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), • Professional Development: Annual budget for certifications, training, and conferences Why Join JCK USA This is a rare opportunity to help build a techenabled construction company from the ground up.
