The average employee tenure is seven years., • Conveniently located in Chico CA, • Excellent Safety Culture, • Excellent Benefits ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Appointment Scheduling & Driver Coordination • Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments for all CPU customers; communicate with carriers regarding new appointments and reschedules., • Manage all carrier appointments through the dock scheduling system., • Check in drivers, assign dock doors, and ensure proper flow of inbound and outbound traffic., • Confirm booked shipments daily and coordinate with carriers to schedule orders not yet assigned.Order Processing & Documentation, • Print and prepare pick cards daily for scheduled orders; calculate pick totals and organize by shipment type (parcel vs. LTL)., • Prepare shipment documents including labels, packing lists, parcel labels, and Bills of Lading (BOLs)., • Create and prepare Master BOLs, labels, and documentation for Target shipments., • Prepare pick cards and pack lists for Amazon shipments; enter ASNs in the Amazon Vendor Portal., • Confirm weekly shipments and ensure compliance with all vendor portal requirements (Amazon, Target POL, etc.)., • Enter Amazon orders in NetSuite and confirm orders in vendor systems; make required adjustments to enable order fulfillment., • Enter sample orders in NetSuite and ensure timely shipment and delivery.Inventory Management & Data Integrity, • Verify inventory levels against order allocations to ensure orders can ship in full when possible., • Create inventory adjustments as needed to maintain accurate records., • Change inventory statuses for product reaching stop-ship dates; extend stop-ship dates when authorized., • Add or edit lot numbers, and resolve stop-ship or lot-related issues during or after production., • Delete duplicate LPNs created by palletizer operations., • Segregate and update status for liquidation (LIQD) and donation (DONA) product; create donation shipments and coordinate with food banks., • Manage LIQD and DONA orders to ensure they ship correctly and are not incorrectly allocated to customer orders.Order Fulfillment Troubleshooting, • Manually fulfill orders in NetSuite when Item Fulfillment fails., • Investigate failed pick tasks, identify root causes, and correct system and physical issues., • Resolve inventory allocation or warehouse task discrepancies to avoid delays in shipment.Customer & Vendor Portal Management, • Confirm Target shipments weekly in POL and make necessary adjustments to facilitate shipping., • Confirm and manage Amazon shipments through their vendor portal; create ASNs upon shipment., • Run weekly Trader Joe’s shorts report and coordinate disposition with Trader Joe’s contacts., • Send open orders report to HUB every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.Compliance, Filing & Reporting, • File daily outbound shipments and inbound receipts., • Maintain and review the Export Seal Log to ensure audit compliance., • Manage and track documentation required for internal audits and customer-specific requirements., • Warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations., • Transportation and carrier scheduling practices., • Retail vendor portal systems (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central, Target POL)., • ERP and warehouse management systems (NetSuite preferred)., • Inventory control principles and fulfillment workflows., • Basic export and audit-related documentation requirements.Skills and Abilities:, • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines., • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and inventory management., • Effective communication with carriers, drivers, warehouse staff, customer service, and vendor representatives., • Analytical thinking and problem-solving to resolve order, pick task, and inventory issues., • Proficiency with Excel, ERP systems, WMS platforms, and vendor portals., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE, • High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in supply chain or business preferred., • Two (2) years of experience in distribution, logistics, warehouse operations, or related administrative support., • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite strongly preferred., • Experience working with transportation carriers or vendor portals (Target POL, Amazon, etc.) desired.PHYSICAL DEMANDS, • Work is performed primarily in an office within a warehouse environment., • Forklift driving., • Occasional walking on warehouse floors, standing, lifting up to 25 lbs., and working near forklifts or loading docks.WORKING CONDITIONS, • Fast-paced distribution environment with frequent deadlines., • Regular interaction with drivers, warehouse employees, and external partners.
