Job Description Warehouse Supervisor - Beverage Distribution Reports to: Operations Manager Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:45am–4:30pm (occasional weekends) Comp: $75K base + 6% bonus Summary The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping activities. This is a working leadership role focused on driving productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, and team performance while supporting company service and cost goals. Candidates must be able to operate all MHE, including sit-down forklift, reach truck, and electric pallet jack, and have strong knowledge of inventory control processes, as they will be responsible for this area. This is a working supervisor role overseeing a team of 7-8 associates. What You Will Be Doing Team & Labor Leadership • Create and manage staff schedules to meet daily workload demands, • Approve and coordinate PTO while maintaining proper staffing levels, • Coach, develop, and evaluate team members; support hiring and onboarding, • Address performance, attendance, and safety issues as needed Warehouse Operations • Supervise inbound unloading, product put-away, picking, staging, and outbound loading, • Verify shipment counts and ensure paperwork accuracy for inbound and outbound loads, • Process orders and transactions accurately in the WMS, • Ensure safe operation of MHE and coordinate training when required, • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe distribution environment, • Partner with the Operations Manager to execute cycle counts and physical inventories Reporting & Metrics • Complete required operational reports and documentation on time, • Track and communicate daily productivity and performance metrics Other Responsibilities • Participate in warehouse planning meetings, • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines, • Identify hazards and recommend process improvements Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting with exposure to noise, varying temperatures, and physical activity. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required. Equipment Used Material Handling Equipment: Pallet jack, forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, and standard office equipment.
