Job Description Business Name: PureRenew Plus Corporation (doing business as Filta) Job Title: Warehouse Technician Start Date: Immediately Job Overview: The Warehouse Technician plays a critical role in supporting our Service Technicians by maintaining and repairing our kitchen cleaning equipment, ensuring our vehicles are ready to be used, keeping the warehouse clean and inventory organized, and helping with customer requests and issues when they need to be resolved during the day. Key Expectations: • Maintenance for our kitchen cleaning equipment (cleaning, troubleshooting, repairs, and scheduled maintenance. Training videos and manuals provided.). The equipment to repair and maintain includes:, • Mobile Filtration Unit (MFU), • Specialized shop vacs, • Steam cleaners and the tools and equipment used for full kitchen cleaning, • Transfer waste vegetable oil (WVO) from the holding tanks in the vans to the warehouse tanks via pumps and hoses, • Clean out the holding tanks in the vans regularly of food debris from waste oil, • Clean the interior of the vans, • Ensure the inventory is maintained inside the vans, • Perform minor maintenance and repairs on the vehicles and take them to our mechanic or metal fabricator when needed, • Track van fleet maintenance and perform weekly van checks (i.e tires, wipers, lights, oil, equipment inside, ramp check, bolts tightened, etc.), • Ensure the oil transferring equipment is maintained and cleaned daily, • Keep the warehouse completely clean daily (floors, work surfaces, etc.), • Manage inventory supplies and create the reorder list, • Be on site to receive deliveries and pick ups from the WVO company that takes our oil, • Go to customer sites to help clean up spilled oil if/when they occur (could be inside or outside the customers facility), • Deliver fresh boxed oil to customers that make a request for additional oil, • Maintain a log of repairs, warehouse inventory, and van information and inventory Education and Requirements: • High School Diploma or G.E.D. minimum requirement, • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, • Ability to move and lift heavy equipment of up to 75lbs, • Ability to drive the RAM Promaster vans, • Experience with or qualified to work as a mechanic or machinery repair with electrical components, • Ability to work independently and stay focused on tasks and goals, • Willing to shift focus for the day if urgent things come up, • Consistent and clear communication with management and team Additional Information: Training will be provided as needed to ensure you are well-equipped to perform your duties effectively. Non-slip shoes, work shirts, and sweatshirts will be provided. Compensation: $25/hr Job Type: Full Time Working Hours: 8am-4pm Location: The warehouse is in Woburn, MA but our three territories range from Andover, MA / Newburyport, MA in the north, down to Franklin, MA / Foxborough, MA in the south and as far west as Hopkinton, MA.
