This 32-hr, Tuesday through Friday position is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our training and administrative services. The ideal candidate will excel at providing exceptional support to clients, the administrative team, and instructors while maintaining a welcoming and professional facility. Key Responsibilities Client Services • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls as needed., • Schedule and book classes for clients, ensuring clear communication and accurate record-keeping., • Proactively reach out to existing and past clients to foster repeat business and maintain positive relationships., • Complete and manage administrative paperwork for the services offered, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational standards., • 32hrs, Tues - Friday., • Paid holidays and PTO accrual begin upon hire., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Proficiency in using computer systems, including scheduling software, email platforms, and web-based tools., • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities., • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team., • Competitive salary based on experience., • Paid holidays.
