Aurora is a prime destination for healthcare professionals, offering both career growth and access to Colorado's renowned outdoor lifestyle. • Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) – Travel Nurse, • Location: Aurora, Colorado 80045 (Denver Metro Area), • Start Date: November 17, 2025, • End Date: February 16, 2026, • Contract Length: 13 weeks, • Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,180 - $2,240, • Shift: Days, 3x12-hour shifts (06:45 - 19:15); occasional float to 08:45 and 10:45 starts, • Hours per Week: 36, • Facility: Level 1 Trauma Center, 41 Operating Rooms, • On-Call: Approx. 6 shifts per 8-week schedule, • Weekend Coverage: As required by unit needs, • Patient Population: Adult surgical patients, • Time Off: Up to 10 days approved per 13-week contract (blackout dates apply), • Minimum 3 years of Cardio-Thoracic Operating Room nursing experience (Circulator and/or Scrub), • Experience in Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma Center required, • Prior travel nursing experience required, • Active Colorado or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) license, • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification, • Proficiency with Epic electronic health record (EHR) system, • No first-time travelers accepted, • Ability to float to other OR units as needed, • Provide perioperative nursing care for diverse surgical procedures, including Cardio-Thoracic, General, GU/GYN, Neuro, ENT, and Plastic surgeries, • Circulate and/or scrub for complex surgical cases in a high-acuity, trauma center environment, • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergent surgical cases, • Float to other operating room units within the healthcare facility as needed, • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, • Utilize Epic EHR for accurate clinical documentation and patient care coordination, • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards We believe in empowering your career.
