Job Description Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a Service Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing field service operations in Boerne, TX. The Service Manager will lead a team of technicians, coordinate daily schedules, and ensure high-quality customer service and technical support. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of water well systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-based environment. In this role, you will • Serve as the primary contact for customers requiring service or installation support, • Estimate labor and material needs for pump installations and repair projects, • Dispatch and coordinate daily schedules for service technicians, • Prioritize jobs and assign technicians based on skill and availability, • Provide technical guidance and supervision throughout the workday, • Monitor job progress and ensure timely, high-quality completion, • Troubleshoot water well system issues remotely and on site, • Maintain accurate records of service calls, job details, and parts usage, • Participate in technician hiring, training, and evaluations, • Oversee service trucks, support equipment, and inventory of parts/supplies, • Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations, • 3+ years of experience in service management, dispatch, or technician leadership, • Strong technical knowledge of residential and public water supply (PWS) well systems, including pumps, tanks, and controls, • Proven ability to manage and support field service teams or construction crews, • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, • Ability to work outdoors in a construction environment, lift 50 lbs, and wear appropriate PPE, • Familiarity with scheduling/CRM software (FieldEdge experience preferred), • TDLR Water Well Pump Installer and/or Driller license preferred, • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, • Must have managed a fleet of 3+ trucks/technicians, • Strong technical acumen in electrical and/or plumbing systems, • Competitive hourly wages plus potential quarterly bonuses, • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance plans, • Life insurance coverage, • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions, • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays, • Opportunities for career growth and advancement, • Employee discount programs and perks
