Certain benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of the governing plan documents which should be consulted for additional details and eligibility requirements What We’re Looking For – Qualifications and Skills: • A high school diploma or equivalent., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus professional demeanor with customers and colleagues., • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data., • Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems., • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)., • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)., • Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law., • Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing., • Prior cash handling, cash drawer/vault management experience., • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations. What You’ll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:, • Customer Service – Greet and connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business and brand loyalty. Help them gain access to our suite of financial solutions while setting an unmatched experience., • Accurately Process Financial Transactions – Review, validate, and process customer transactions, like check cashing, money transfers, and loans/pawns, with accuracy and integrity., • Maximize Customer Success – Educate customers about their transaction and offer personalized financial services that fit their lifestyle.
