Job Summary: The Commercial Project Foreman will be a hands-on position in the field, responsible for leading the installation and servicing of electronic security integrated solutions. The Commercial Project Foreman develops and maintains a project schedule and coordinates the needs of customers with internal and external teams while managing the budget, schedule, and change orders. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in integrated solutions, advanced technical skills and problem-solving ability, solid leadership skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively. Duties and Responsibilities: • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electronic security integrated solutions. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards., • Lead a commercial/enterprise security systems project team, including installing, modifying, terminating, configuring, and testing VMS (Video Management System), Access Control, IP Cameras, Intrusion Detection, Video Analytics, and IP network., • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project execution and professional development., • Identify time-sensitive project needs, organizing the workload efficiently and effectively while tracking project progress., • Interact promptly and professionally with colleagues, customers & other trade contacts to keep them updated and resolve issues., • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards., • Maintain detailed records of project progress, including milestone deliverables, documentation, change orders, equipment inventories, and budget. Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders., • Document project events that impact the acceptance schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency. Identify solutions to minimize schedule and cost impact., • Support customer systems via remote diagnostics as needed., • Follow safety procedures and keep the job site clean, organized, and hazard-free, including thorough clean-up at the end of each project and workday., • Perform additional duties as required to support business needs. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent., • Minimum of 5 years of experience with the installation and servicing of integrated security solutions, including installing, servicing, and programming commercial access control, IP-based video systems, and intrusion alarm systems., • At least one year of leadership experience., • Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Salesforce preferred., • Experience with VMS (Video Management Systems) such as Axis or Turing., • Process-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills., • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians and subcontractors. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills., • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships., • Relevant technical certifications are a plus., • Safety first mindset., • Pass a drug screen and background check., • Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets insurance requirements., • Proof of personal vehicle insurance to include automobile liability and property damage coverage., • Reliable transportation., • Bilingual is a plus. Physical Requirements: • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including attics, crawl spaces, and roofs., • Stand, walk, or remain seated at a desk for extended periods., • Move equipment and materials up to 50 pounds., • Observe details at close range., • Handle products, take notes, operate technology, and present information., • Read documents and presentations using electronic devices and hard copy materials while interacting with others., • Exchange accurate information in person, over the phone, in writing, and electronically., • Communicate clearly and articulately for presentations and interpersonal interactions so others will understand., • May be exposed to loud noise., • Drive to work, client sites, and as business needs require., • Navigate uneven or slippery surfaces or both., • Safely ascend and descend stairs and ladders as needed., • Bend, kneel, crouch, and reach for extended periods., • Adequate vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power equipment, and heavy machinery., • Perform physically demanding tasks such as digging and sawing. Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt Work/Base Location: West Palm Beach Core Work Hours/Availability: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Overtime as business needs require. Participate in an on-call rotation, with a $75 stipend per on-call period.
