To support this momentum, we are recruiting a Senior PMO & Stage-Gate Process Owner to build and drive a world-class governance framework for product development. This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of innovation, partnering closely with R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams across regions. Localisation : France Headquarter Evergreen GC, Limonest (69), close to Lyon Permanent Contract JOB PURPOSE The Senior PMO will lead the transformation of our Product Development and Stage-Gate governance framework to support the next stage of Evergreen Garden Care’s life stage. He will be fully empowered to strengthen, redesign and continuously improve a robust Product Development and Stage-Gate governance framework that will ensure that innovation, reformulation, and portfolio change programmes are delivered on time, on quality, and in compliance working seamlessly across the organisation. The Senior PMO will mentor and guide a team of project managers, oversee the full product development portfolio, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership—balancing discipline with agility in a fast-moving environment. This role will report directly to an executive team member and has the full support of the executive team. RESPONSABILITES Stage-Gate Governance • Build and own a scalable Stage-Gate process for innovation, reformulation, regulatory changes, and portfolio optimization,, • Ensure governance drives clarity, speed, and accountability,, • Facilitate and govern Gate reviews and maintain high-quality decision-making standards,, • Continuously evolve Stage Gate process by leading the value stream of all aspects governing product life cycle by working cross functionally and regionally to help identify process improvements, prioritise the key ones and enable delivery. Portfolio & Programme Management • Oversee the full product development and change portfolio, ensuring prioritisation aligns with strategy, regulatory deadlines, and capacity constraints,, • Manage cross functions interdependencies and identify risks early and drive mitigation plans,, • Provide transparent reporting and insights to senior leadership,, • Build strong relationships and fluid communication with the supply chain function to create full and accessible visibility of work flows, correctly inter-connected with S&Op. PMO Leadership • Lead and develop a team of PMOs / Project Managers (direct and indirect),, • Set standards for planning, governance, reporting, and stakeholder management,, • Build PMO capability and ensure resource management,, • Act as an escalation point for critical projects and complex delivery challenges. Cross-Functional Partnership • Partner closely with Product, Innovation, Regulatory, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Marketing, and Commercial teams,, • Ensure regulatory-driven changes programmes are delivered without business disruption,, • Support portfolio strategy, sequencing, and investment decisions. Process Improvement • Drive continuous improvement in time-to-market, predictability and execution quality,, • Introduce tools, templates, and dashboards to support project excellence,, • Embed a culture of discipline, accountability, and learning and benchmark best practices. PROFILE • Master Graduate in project management, you have a strong experience in delivering complex, cross-functional projects in fast-moving environments and able to work an evolving PMO structures,, • You have 10 years leading product development PMO and Stage-Gate governance, • Experience of working in regulated industries (e.g. FMCG, chemicals, life sciences,agri, consumer goods) would be an advantage., • Experience of delivering organisational change and transformation in scaling governance and output in high-growth environments, ensuring high quality, on-time, compliant product delivery., • You have management qualification ideally with PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM., • Experience of working with S&Op processes., • You have a deep understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle and development processes,, • You have a proven experience managing large, complex, multi-project portfolios, a strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and an ability to influence at all levels and navigate ambiguity,, • You have a proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com),, • You are recognised for your ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. You are able to navigate with conflicting priorities, speed, flexibility and maintain credibility and calm under pressure,, • You are able to influence drive adoption of standards, governance and processes,, • You are encouraging your team and made them succeed particularly in transition periods,
