This role would be suitable for someone with a strong sales growth mindset, who has experience working in Sales. You will be highly self-motivated, and results orientated with the ability to deliver within time scales, whilst being an effective communicator who can build strong working relationships both internally and throughout your assigned territory.
• Evidence of previous sales B2B background is ideally needed (3 years’ experience)
• It is your responsibility to find and get in contacts with these wholesalers.
• Generating leads in the rice market place
• Visiting customers and potential customers to identify needs or promote products and services and develop solutions
• Negotiating contracts with potential customers and preparing tender documents
• Meeting and exceeding the set sales targets
• Enthusiasm, passion and self-motivation are critical skills needed to be successful in this role.
