Junior Account Manager – Medical Communications 📍 Oxfordshire - Hybrid An award-winning medical communications agency is looking for a proactive, organised and ambitious Junior Account Manager to join their growing client services team. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of therapy areas, work closely with cross-functional scientific and creative teams, and contribute to both day-to-day project delivery and long-term client relationships. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing As a Junior Account Manager, you will: Deliver Outstanding Projects • Manage logistics and project delivery across a variety of medical communication activities (publications, slide decks, infographics, meetings, symposia and more), • Create and maintain project timelines, trackers and status reports, • Lead internal status meetings and take part in client calls with confidence, • Organise venues, AV, travel, faculty contracts and onsite preparedness, • Proactively communicate with internal teams, clients and external experts, • Monitor project budgets and highlight any variances, • Support forecasting, invoicing and financial reporting, • Identify risks and propose practical solutions early, • Build strong relationships across your team and the wider agency, • Mentor new Account Executives and graduates, • Support new business activities when required, • Expand your scientific understanding of client products and therapy areas, • Stay curious—seek feedback, learn, and grow with support from your manager You will thrive in this role if you are: • Already working as an Account Executive in a medical communications agency, • A natural organiser with excellent time management and attention to detail, • A strong communicator (written and verbal), confident with clients and internal teams, • Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable juggling multiple tasks, • Calm under pressure and adaptable when priorities shift, • Join a respected, supportive and fast-growing med comms agency, • Work on exciting, high-impact scientific and medical projects, • Develop quickly with tailored training, mentoring and progression pathways, • Collaborate with passionate, talented colleagues across scientific, creative and digital teams, • Hybrid or remote working options to suit your lifestyle Ready to grow your med comms career?
