Technical Sales Manager - I am looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of a new product range within a well established manufacturer in the Oil and Gas industry. Collaborating with wider internal teams including; development, finance, commercial and valuations as well as other external stakeholders. What’s important to us: We’re looking for a hands-on Asset Manager to support our Alderley Park portfolio, which includes 2500 innovators across the Life Science & Tech space over 400 acres of land. Key experience we’re looking for: • Commercial Asset Management experience at its core is what we’re looking for in a hands-on, proactive role., • Although there isn’t any line management responsibility, you’ll be someone who can lead by example and make key decisions., • Understand appraising and analysing investment decisions., • Have experience of working with discounted cashflows and preparation of board papers for the approval of capital expenditure., • Have experience in the commercial property market including management of large multi-let buildings., • A big bonus would be experience in/understanding of commercial valuations and development.
