🇮🇹🍕 BRISTOL - WE'RE COMING! 🍕🇮🇹 We're buzzing to be bringing Pizza Pilgrims to Bristol and can't wait to meet our new neighbours, guests and future team. We're on the lookout for superstar Senior Pizza Chefs to join us ✨ If you love proper Neapolitan pizza and take pride in making people genuinely happy, this might just be the job for you👇 14 years ago Thom & James drove a Piaggio ape Tuk Tuk all the way from Sicily to London on a 'Pizza Pilgrimage' to learn the secrets of perfect Italian pizza. They went on to set up a market stall in Soho with an oven in the back of the van before opening their first actual pizzeria on Dean Street. If you think that sounds as ridiculously cool as we do, and you love pizza, then read on... Nowadays we have over 20 award-winning pizzerias across the UK, we've got our own Pizza Academy where we run training workshops every day, and we're also a BCORP - something we're extremely proud about achieving. We pride ourselves on using the best ingredients from Naples including Caputo flour, fresh fior di latte, salsiccia e friarielle , to make the best Neapolitan pizza every day. At Pizza Pilgrims, we aspire to create an inclusive environment where everyone can be themselves, feel genuinely cared for and have equal opportunities for growth and progression. We are committed to building a diverse team that includes and respects a variety of voices, identities, backgrounds, experiences and perspectives; which creates proper happiness, just like our pizzas do! We work hard because we think pizza makes people happier. As a Senior Chef, you'll be a specialist in creating the best Neapolitan Pizza's, and for every guest to leave with a full belly, and already planning their next visit. You'll also be accountable for: • Team leadership., • Heath & safety compliance., • Stock management., • Successful guest pizza launches., • Kitchen maintenance management., • Pizza quality. Whilst skills are important, representing our values is just as important too. These shape our team culture. • 'Push Yourself' because we believe learning new skills and coming out of your comfort zone will help us improve as a team., • 'Be Yourself' means you can bring your own personality to work. Your hair colour is yours, not ours. We think tattoos are cool. And we love hearing about your interests outside of work., • 'Respect Others' because everyone is welcome at Pilgrims and we're committed to creating an inclusive environment where people feel they belong., • 'Enjoy Yourself' because hospitality is an industry we love, and we want every Pilgrim to create happiness for each other and to have fun at work. Don't take our word for it. In our most recent 'happiness survey' (team feedback survey)... • Over 200 people said the thing they love most about working at Pilgrims is their team., • Over 100 people said their favourite pizza perk was the amount of free pizza they get., • And nearly 150 people said they love the culture, development opportunities and pizza quality at Pilgrims. What's in it for you? • £14.95 ph +tronc., • Serious career development - We are opening 4 pizzerias this year & next., • On top of the standard 28 days holiday (full time), you will get an extra day for every year you work for us (up to 5 Years)., • After 5 years with us, you get a paid 4-week sabbatical on top of your 33 days holiday! Some of our favourite Pizza Perks include... • 1 extra day holiday as "Happiness Day' so you can do something that you love and makes you happy about outside of work., • Team trips to Naples & beyond to meet suppliers & try new pizzerias, • A tasty bonus every time you refer a friend to join., • Free food & espresso every day - whole menu available & also deals with other restaurants, • A free after-work drinks (soft, beer or gin), • 2 huge company-wide parties every year to celebrate Christmas and Ferragosto (We close all the pizzerias for these!), • Free pizza when you visit any Pizza Pilgrims when you are not at work for you & up to 3 friends. So, if you've got this far down the job advert, it might mean that we're a perfect match. Click the apply button and one of the team will reach out to you soon. Ciao!

Who We Are Since 2014, Runway East has been on a mission to destroy boring offices. Across London, Bristol, Birmingham, Bath, and Brighton, we create flexible workspaces packed with perks like Cake Wednesdays and Friday drinks trolleys. As a proud B Corp, we’re committed to making a positive impact on people and the planet, supported by a passionate and friendly team. The Role As a Community Associate (our version of Front of House Associate), you’re the heartbeat of your Runway East site. You’ll be the person members rely on, the one who keeps everything running, and the face that makes people genuinely glad to come into work. It’s a varied, hands-on role - part hospitality, part operations, part community-building. If you come from a hospitality background, you’ll feel right at home - this is essentially that, with 8am-5pm hours and with an incredible community around you. You’ll be on your feet, keeping spaces looking great, running floor checks, and rolling your sleeves up when things need sorting. That hands-on element is a big part of what makes the role rewarding, and it’s also how you build the best relationships with members - because you’re always out and about, not stuck behind a desk. You’ll also be the face our members see every day - the person they stop for a chat, come to when something’s wrong, and remember when they think about why they love their office. Building those relationships is one of the best parts of this job, and our members genuinely feel it. A Roaming Role Across the South West Your home base is Bristol, but this role covers both Bristol and Bath - so depending on the week and where we need cover, you could be at any of our South West sites. All our sites have great teams and brilliant member communities, so you’ll get to know different spaces. If you like variety and don’t mind a bit of travel, it’s a genuinely fun way to work. We’ll talk through the practicalities with you during the interview. What Your Days Look Like Your time will roughly break down like this - though every site and day varies: ~50% Site checks, cleaning & maintenance - keeping kitchens, communal spaces and facilities in top shape. High step count, lifting, and plenty of moving around are all part of the deal. ~20% Member interactions - naturally woven throughout the day. Whether you’re doing a floor check or covering reception, you’re always building relationships and making people feel at home. ~20% Admin - managing our helpdesk, member comms, and keeping on top of day-to-day coordination. ~10% Events - hosting our member initiatives, from Cake Wednesdays to monthly community events. Events follow a tried-and-tested format, so you’ll be delivering and adding energy to them rather than designing from scratch. Key Responsibilities Site checks & housekeeping; conduct regular cleaning and compliance checks to keep spaces safe, beautiful, and functioning. This is the most important part of the role. Member support; be the go-to person for members, from a quick chat on the stairs to handling a facility issue calmly and efficiently. Operational troubleshooting; when things go wrong (and they will), you’ll coordinate with your team and the right stakeholders to get them sorted quickly - from wifi issues to blocked toilets. Community events; deliver our popular member initiatives and bring the energy that makes them special. Cross-team collaboration; work closely with your Community Manager and colleagues across sites (London, Birmingham, Bristol, Brighton, Bath) Who You Are We’re looking for someone who is: • Hands-on and gets stuck in; you’re not fazed by physical tasks and take pride in a spotless, well-run space., • A natural with people; you can switch comfortably from chatting with a startup founder to an exec, and you genuinely enjoy building those day-to-day relationships., • Calm under pressure; when multiple things go wrong at once, you prioritise, communicate, and keep things moving without it showing on your face., • Detail-oriented; you notice the things others miss and take action without being asked., • A team player; you show up for your team, share knowledge across sites, and celebrate wins together., • Experienced in hospitality or high-touch customer service; experience in a similar environment (hospitality, retail, facilities, front-of-house) is a real advantage. You’ll know what it means to hold high standards in a busy, people-facing role. Why Join Us? Salary: £28 000 Time Off: 31 days including bank holidays 🏖️, plus an extra day for every year at Runway East 🎉. We also give you your birthday off 🎂 (because no one should work on their birthday) and extra time off over the Christmas break 🎄. Wellbeing: Private health & dental, gym discounts 🏋️‍♂️, mental health support 🧠, and a Bike2Work scheme 🚲. Growth: personal development budget 📚 and learning resources. Community: Two workdays per year for charitable activities 🌍, team outings 🎉, and epic annual trips (Barcelona, Rhodes, Vilnius, and more!) 🌟. Our Commitment to Inclusivity We celebrate diversity and believe it strengthens our community. We welcome people from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. What matters most to us is your spirit and passion. If you need specific access support, let us know—we’re here to help.
