Serve as the chief translator between holistic business needs across Sales, Finance, and Operations and platform capabilities, particularly for the interdependencies of the Lead-to-Cash process., • Process Optimization & Automation: Proactively identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and high-manual-input areas within current business processes.
