Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager with some hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. As a key part of the client services team, you’ll support campaign delivery, build strong client relationships, and help drive results across digital advertising channels. Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client queries are handled professionally and promptly., • Support in planning, setting up, and optimising Meta and Google Ads campaigns., • Work closely with senior team members to monitor campaign performance and prepare insights + optimisation recommendations., • Create clear and impactful client reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word., • Participate in client calls and meetings; take notes and follow up on action items., • Help manage timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination between strategy, creative, and analytics teams., • Build strong internal understanding of client goals to contribute to growth strategies., • Ensure all client communications are professional, articulate, and aligned with Castle Int's quality standards. Skills & Experience Essential • Some experience working with Meta and Google Ads platforms (campaign setup, optimisation, basic reporting)., • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams., • Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment., • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a client-focused mindset. Desirable • Experience with marketing analytics or reporting tools., • Understanding of broader digital marketing channels (SEO, email, content strategy)., • Previous agency or client-facing experience.
