We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UK and international markets, • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, • Develop a deep understanding of client goals, challenges, and industries to position our services effectively, • Create tailored proposals and presentations that clearly communicate value and strategy, • Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects and deliver accurate estimates and timelines, • Manage and nurture leads from initial contact through to project handover, • Attend meetings, networking events, and industry functions to generate new opportunities, • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline updates using CRM tools, • Contribute to the agency’s growth strategy through proactive outreach and insight-driven recommendations, • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies Requirements: • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (ideally within a digital agency or tech environment), • Strong understanding of web design, digital marketing, or SaaS solutions, • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, • Commercially focused with the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities, • Comfortable managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once, • Proactive, motivated, and target-driven with a focus on delivering measurable results, • Experience managing relationships with both UK and international clients is a plus Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 base salary, plus commission.
