Northamptonshire Children’s Trust Localities Business Support Team is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join our busy Safeguarding Business Support team, offering administrative support to Social Work teams. You will be office based at Gainsborough Road Corby but you may be required to travel to other locations as and when required. Hours of work will be Monday - Thursday 09.00-17.30 and Friday 09.00-17.00 We’re always happy to speak with interested candidates. You will co-ordinate and manage the locality team’s processes and systems in relation to communications and SharePoint, including mailbox monitoring, task action and response. You will attend and take accurate minutes of statutory children’s services group meetings (including attendance records etc.) as directed by the children’s services operational leads, in accordance with their priorities, protocols and procedures. You will work closely and jointly with the other service members as required to ensure continuity of support for Children’s Services and undertake other tasks as appropriate to the role to meet the needs of the business We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
