Your key responsibilities will include: • Own and manage your assigned geographical territory of independent and symbol stores., • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring loyalty and trade support., • Execute trade and brand marketing plans (distribution, visibility, display, dialogue) with excellence., • Identify new business opportunities and unconventional channels to grow market share., • Ensure products are well-stocked, correctly displayed, and aligned with company guidelines., • Track competitor activity and implement visibility plans (e.g., backwalls, counter-top units)., • Manage orders, budgets, and reports efficiently, ensuring compliance with BAT standards., • Act as the key link between BAT and the trade, providing education and digital tool adoption.
