We are a group of passionate, driven and collaborative individuals who pride ourselves on delivering best-in-class services to a diverse set of customers.Position ResponsibilitiesPosition OverviewDeltek is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of enterprise software implementation projects. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, driving successful delivery of complex ERP implementations — including upgrades, add-ons, and merges — within scope, schedule, and budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of the project lifecycle from kick-off through post Go-Live support, ensuring on-time, on-budget deliveryServe as the primary spokesperson to internal and external stakeholders, including C-Suite, VPs, and technical leadsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, work schedules, and milestone tracking for cross-functional teamsProactively identify, escalate, and resolve project risks, issues, and scope changes in alignment with contract parametersManage concurrent projects across various lifecycle phasesDrive the development, implementation, and governance of PMO processes and procedures within Deltek's DGC PMOCoordinate resource planning and allocation to ensure project deliverables are metProvide methodology guidance and tailor implementation approaches to client needsEstablish and monitor compliance standards for documentation, data, and trainingCommunicate project status, changes, and critical milestones to all relevant stakeholdersLead and support Deltek Maconomy ERP implementations, including configuration, upgrades, and client onboarding, leveraging Maconomy's unified platform for financial management, resource planning, and project executionQualificationsImportant: Applicants must be currently based in the UK and have the legal right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship and relocation are not available for this role.Required QualificationsB.S. in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experiencePMP or PRINCE2 certification required10+ years of experience in Project Management with full lifecycle ERP implementations10+ years of experience applying waterfall and agile software development methodologiesProven ability to manage enterprise-level projects and a portfolio of 10+ projects simultaneouslyStrong stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging C-Suite and remote teamsDemonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, navigate escalations, and manage priorities across complex organizationsWillingness and ability to travel up to 20%Preferred QualificationsExperience with PMO governance development and process improvementProficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, or DanishBackground in managing projects with significant scope changes and high complexityExperience integrating with diverse client organizations across multiple levelsHands-on experience with Deltek Maconomy, including implementation, configuration, or upgrade projects within professional services environmentsAbout DeltekDeltek is the leading global provider of software and solutions for project-based businesses.
