About the Role As an Entry-Level Business Development Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience across business development, operations, customer engagement, campaign coordination, sales performance, and client support. This role is designed to provide structured training and practical experience in communication, leadership, business strategy, operational management, and entrepreneurship while supporting live client campaigns and business activities. This opportunity also offers a clear pathway into business operations, leadership, campaign management, and client development as you progress within the company. You’ll begin by developing core fundamentals in: • Business development and client growth strategies, • Sales performance and KPI tracking, • Campaign support and client communication, • Team collaboration and operational coordination, • Customer engagement and brand representation As you develop, you’ll gain exposure to: • Team leadership and mentoring, • Campaign management and client relations, • Recruitment and onboarding support, • Business operations and commercial strategy, • Performance management and operational development You’ll work closely with experienced managers and mentors who will support your ongoing professional development within the business. Key Responsibilities • Participate in ongoing training focused on business development, operations, leadership, and communication, • Support the delivery and coordination of client campaigns, • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and clients, • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, • Support day-to-day business operations and team coordination, • Represent client brands professionally during customer interactions, • Contribute to team objectives and overall business performance Who We’re Looking For • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Self-motivated, organised, and proactive approach to work, • Interest in business development, operations, leadership, or management, • Comfortable working in a team-focused environment, • Willingness to learn and develop professionally, • No prior experience required – full training provided, • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sports, sales, or other customer-facing roles may be beneficial but is not essential.
