With over 20 years of property investment experience, the founder has built a strong portfolio across buy-to-let (BTL), property flips, HMOs, serviced accommodation, and commercial-to-residential developments. The Role – Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant (PA / EA) to support the Director within a fast-paced and dynamic estate agency environment. This is a pivotal role, ideal for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a busy property or SME setting. You will act as the Director’s right-hand support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to wider business efficiency and growth. Key Responsibilities As a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant, your duties will include: • Managing a complex and ever-changing diary, scheduling meetings, and prioritising commitments, • Coordinating internal and external meetings, appointments, and communications, • Preparing professional documents, reports, and presentations, • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders, • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism, • Supporting property administration, listings, and marketing coordination, • Assisting with business projects, reporting, and operational tasks, • Ensuring the Director is fully briefed, prepared, and organised daily, • Proven experience as a PA / EA supporting Director or senior leadership, • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information, • Background in estate agency, property, or a fast-paced SME environment (desirable), • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), • Experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, automation tools, scheduling software) to improve productivity, • The ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take ownershipWhy Join?, • Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, • Be part of a growing and ambitious estate agency, • Varied and dynamic role with real responsibility
