What You'll Do This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract As a Global HR Operations Senior Manager, you’ll serve as a key thought partner, executing strategic initiatives to optimize HR operations. You will lead cross-functional projects (primarily Workday Time-Off) aimed at enhancing service delivery, efficiency, and employee experience across BCG. Your work will span process optimization, system enhancement, and change management - all while collaborating with a global network of HR professionals. • Foster strong working relationships with global HR teams and internal stakeholders to ensure responsiveness, transparency, and proactive issue resolution., • Identify and lead improvement initiatives to streamline operations, increase scalability, and ensure compliance across geographies., • Working with our Product Team, provide functional leadership and input into the deployment and optimization of new Workday features, driving increased efficiency and value across HR. Work with the regions and systems to collate and synthesize requirements., • Support the Workday Time Off implementation by engaging with regional stakeholders and project leadership, supporting Phase 1 countries with post-launch activities, and gathering the necessary configuration requirements for future phases. Partner with the Workday Technical team in the configuration and testing of the Time Off module in Workday. Support with ad-hoc project activities, including Project Management, Change and Communications, and Training., • Building strong relationships with global stakeholders at all levels by fostering trust, collaboration, and clear communication., • Managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously by leveraging strong organizational skills, goal-setting, and planning in fast-paced environments., • Communicating complex concepts in a clear, structured manner that fosters understanding and alignment across diverse and global audiences., • Paying close attention to detail while delivering high-quality work at speed, ensuring timely and accurate responses to multiple, concurrent requests., • Applying sharp analytical thinking and demonstrating confident, professional communication in presentations and discussions; using strong influencing skills to drive alignment and impact., • Exercising sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information, ensuring trust and integrity are maintained at all times. What You'll Bring • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field., • 5-7+ years of experience in HR Operations, General HR or People roles in a large, global, and complex organization., • Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms., • Experience launching tools and projects to track global employee data such as Time Off and Absence, • Strong understanding of HR administration, processes, and compliance., • Experience working across geographies and cultures in a matrixed global organization., • Relevant experience with change management or program management., • Experience or interest in leveraging automation or AI-powered tools in HR operations is a plus., • A collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement. What You'll Do As quantitative analyst at the Centre for Growth you will help deliver our ambition to: • Position BCG as the recognised leading voice and perspective in the UK market on key topics., • Help drive UK growth and advantage by orchestrating breakthroughs in ideas and action that lead to material shifts and change., • Help to lead the development and management of our core UK macroeconomic analysis as well as tailoring it for specific clients. Support expansion of macro work beyond UK market., • Raise BCG's profile and brand among C-suite executives and other industry, government, and community leaders., • Develop high quality conversations with clients and potential clients on key topics impact their sectors and the wider market., • In this role you will directly support the Senior Director of the Centre for Growth as they work with a variety of practice areas and global experts to leverage BCG's capabilities to put our firm at the centre of national discussion about issues of critical importance to the future of the UK. This will include:, • Help to drive BCG Centre for Growth agenda & profile, • Support the development and management of our core UK macroeconomic analysis as well as tailoring it for specific clients, • Own and direct the quantitative analysis and research across all of the Centre’s workstreams. Help to onboard and manage teams driving priority research topics and manage a variety of workstreams beyond your own., • Help to develop, research, publish and sustain external engagement on 4+ priority topics per year, which have a high impact on public debates around UK growth and competitive advantage, • Collaborate with practice area teams to identify and act on opportunities to leverage Centre as a platform to support/amplify broader range of commercial priorities and thought leadership (beyond 2-4 focus topics each year), • Develop agenda for and support dialogue and events designed to expand and strengthen BCG UK’s network at both C-suite and senior government/community levels., • Support creation of marketing program to broaden BCG followership in UK and boost our profile among key audiences as well as identifying opportunities for the Centre to Growth to be a leading voice in external environments, • Be present in public conversation around key topics, including directly representing BCG research through regular social media dialogue, op-eds, interviews, etc. You’re good at • Driving and delivering outputs autonomously, but happy to collaborate, • In depth analysis and creating coherent messaging from complex topic matters, • Compiling, cleaning and analysing data to support and evidence your research, • Networking and collaborating with a willingness to help drive the creation of coalitions to support the aims of the Centre for Growth, • Clear communication of complex topics with the ability to adapt both written and verbal communications for different audiences, • Thinking outside the box and applying different analytical lenses to problems, you’re able to identify novel solutions to challenges that are tailored to a specific target audience, • Managing fast paced workstreams and supporting the development of internal BCG secondees into the Centre, • You enjoy learning new skills and are comfortable rapidly getting up to speed on abstract and sometimes technical topics while retaining a clear vision of the bigger picture What You'll Bring 5+ years experience of working in consulting, the civil service, think tanks, academia or similar roles with a specific quantitative element.
