Key Responsibilities: • Deliver parcels to customer addresses in a timely and professional manner., • Collect parcels from customers or businesses as required., • Handle parcels weighing up to a maximum of 32kg., • Accurately scan, log, and report deliveries and collections using provided systems., • Provide service 5 a week as scheduled (weekend work may be required)., • Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism., • Ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and in good working condition (if using company vehicle). Internship Duration This is a 7 months programme. The internship will initially be reviewed after 90 days to discuss progress, development, and future opportunities. Internship Status This internship is currently unpaid. As Solfinds is an early-stage startup, the internship is offered as a learning and professional development opportunity rather than paid employment. Should the business grow to a stage where paid opportunities become available, interns who have demonstrated commitment, professionalism, and strong performance may be considered for future paid positions. However, this internship does not guarantee future employment or remuneration.
